P O L I C I E S

We have put in place a cancellation policy to ensure that our service provision meets our patients’ needs. Cancelling appointments can disrupt our schedules and that of other patients too. We understand the need for a flexible schedule, however, we do require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows us to reschedule and adjust appropriately, and offer care to another patient who is waiting for an appointment. Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged the full visit amount. We appreciate your understanding.​

Our office is a "Self-pay" office. We do not bill any insurance companies except traditional Medicare, and do not bill Medicare replacement programs. This allows us to take time with each patient and adhere to our office philosophy of personalized care. At your request, we are happy to supply you with an itemized statement that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

New Patient appointments (acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and others new to our office) do require a deposit to hold your reserved, personal appointment time with Dr. Panchur. No shows and cancellations NOT made before the 24 hour time frame will forfeit their deposit without refund.
